Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and Amendments policy for travel until further notice:

We will waive any cancellation or amendment fees for any bookings that need to be changed or cancelled due to Government border restrictions or ill health resulting from Covid-19.

We recommend you purchase travel insurance for all other unforeseen circumstances that may result in cancellation or any other claim.

We understand that circumstances may arise which may change your travel plans. Keeping that in mind, we will gladly give a refund for any booking cancelled twenty four (24) hours, or more, prior to the pick up time, or tour/activity check-in time. Refunds usually show up in your account within 7 days.

In the event that the booking is cancelled within twenty four(24) hours of pickup time, or tour/activity check-in time, the cancellation charge will continue to be the full fare/rate of the booking.

No credit or refunds will be given for No Shows or cancellations made within twenty four(24) hours of pickup.
